Orders

For your convenience, a shopping cart set up for Paypal or personal checks is available for items pictured. Please note that many items are one-of-a-kind. If you have ordered an item that has already sold and cannot be duplicated, I will notify you and refund your payment immediately.

Payment: Payment may be through Paypal, by check, or by certified or cashier’s check. If a personal check is tendered, I will wait until the check clears before sending the item.

Shipping and handling: Shipping and handling is charged at a flat fee of $4.95 per order and will be reflected in your shopping cart and on your Paypal amount, if you are using Paypal.

Returns: I am convinced that you will be delighted with the jewelry piece that you purchase. However, if it does not suit in any way, you may return it within 30 days from date of receipt with a full money-back guarantee.

Defects: All pieces are guaranteed as to quality of components and defects in construction. Should you have a problem with either within the first year, you may return the purchase for repair (if possible) or replacement.

Special Orders:

What if a jewelry item that you like has sold? Although many of my jewelry items are one-of-a-kind, nearly identical or similar pieces may be able to be made to special order. For this reason, I may leave pictures of pieces that have sold with an indication that a similar item may be special-ordered. If you are interested in placing such an order, please contact me at orders@white-rabbitdesigns.com I will reply as to how exactly the piece can be duplicated, any changes that I must make, cost, and estimated time to complete the piece.

What if you would like a piece executed in a different metal or with a different gemstone? In many cases, I can duplicate or nearly duplicate a piece, substituting for instance gold-filled for silver, or 14 K gold for gold-filled. I may also be able to substitute the stone of your choice. Please contact me at orders@white-rabbitdesigns.com. I will reply as to how exactly the piece can be completed, the cost, and estimated time to complete the piece.

Payment for Special Orders: Payment for one half (1/2) the estimated amount of a special order item is due at the time the order is placed. This can be done by paying that amount to Paypal using the email address orders@white-rabbitdesigns.com or by personal check or cashier’s/certified check When the item is completed, I will post it on the website, marking it as SOLD and will contact you that I have done so. This will allow you to preview the item before it is shipped to you. When I have received your approval for shipment and you have sent the balance of the payment by one of the methods noted above, I will ship the item.
